As specialists we understand each Executor’s duty to get the best outcome for The Estate. After the sale we even provide a free report so the Executor’s decisions can be clearly understood.

Stop fraudulent sales

Unscrupulous buyers may bribe agents to get a bargain. Not from us, we know how to prevent this sort of fraud to make sure the best price is achieved for homes and land.

Support Charity

As evidence of our credentials, we put our money where our mouth is and give 10% of our sales fee to charity. 5% to the nearest Hospice and 5% to the client’s chosen charity.

Probate Valuation

Valuations are arranged quickly and efficiently, sometimes the cost can be deducted from the sales fee on completion of the sale. One less job for the Executor to think about.

The Property Sale

Specialist sales strategies are used to obtain results in a timely manner, often by inviting best offers, depending on the property and taking market conditions into account.

We’re available when you need us. The Executor may be a professional or could be someone who has suffered a loss, our personal service respects grief and the responsibility of being an Executor.

Sold efficiently, best offers submitted to the Executor and the sale completed as expected. Post sale report provided to the Executor as usual and 10% of the fee donated to charity as usual.

10% of our fee goes to charity

The nearest hospice gets 5% of our fee, the client or the person who recommended us, nominates their preferred church, charity or hospice to get the other 5%. So by recommending us you can generate money for your preferred cause.
