News - in brief

We sell homes for executors

Donation to Peace Hospice

Peace Hospice Watford receive a donation, accepted by Jill Matthew and Helen Holland.

Feedback from Head of Private Client

“My team say that you’re very helpful and the report really helps them too”

We’ll protect The Estate from fraud, give you better service and donate 10% of our fee to charity

We also sell homes for Court of Protection Deputies, for people with Power of Attorney and whenever a home has to be sold in a timely manner at the best possible price.

You’ll see that our HQ is in Hertfordshire and that we cover a very wide area, operating mainly in the South of England. So far the furthest property from our office that we’ve sold is in Bristol to the west and Upminster, Essex to the east.

Please call us about the property you are instructed to sell and we will be delighted to discuss your needs in detail to see how we can help you.

Who do we donate money to?

Ten percent of our fees go to charity

We give 5% of our fee to the Hospice nearest to the property sold. Our client, normally the Executor, nominates the church, charity or hospice who receive the additional 5% of our fee. This means the Executor can support a cause dear to his or her heart, or they might choose one preferred by the beneficiaries or the deceased.

We have donated money to many different hospices and charities and look forward to our continued association with the great work done by the hospice movement.

What are we up to?

Ruth Bendle accepts a donation from Probate Sales Office on behalf of Iain Rennie Grove House Hospice

St Wilfred’s Hospice

Avril Robinson and Jan Clark accept a donation following a probate sale in Chichester. We urge more solicitors to use us so we can give to more hospices!
